WebSmart-i
No other software in the market today can do what WebSmart-i can do. WebSmart-i links and creates electronic document storage without ever leaving the WebSmart interface. Registrars can upload student scanned documents or documents created electronically and attach directly to the data items’ record. End users are no longer required to enter “meta data” or tags so the record can be retrieved; WebSmart-i handles that for each file. The district determines via WebSmart who has the rights to upload documents. If a user has access within WebSmart for a data item, they will also have a defined access to the attached documents.
